Daniel Ryntjes
Daniel Ryntjes is a Correspondent in our Washington Bureau specializing in coverage of relations between the US and Asia. He joined us from the BBC, where he produced Business News for some of the Corporation's leading on-air outlets. Daniel has also worked as a producer for BBC World Service Radio and a reporter for RTHK of Hong Kong. |

Catherine Drew
Catherine Drew is our London Bureau Chief, a position she's occupied since late 2003. Before that, she spent seven years working as a correspondent in the Washington Bureau. There, she covered the OJ Simpson trial, the Monica Lewinsky scandal, the Clinton Presidency and the dramatic 2000 US Presidential election.
Her live reports from Gore campaign headquarters in Tennessee were seen worldwide, as the former Vice President contested the election’s outcome.
Catherine covered Pope John Paul II’s historic visit to Cuba, the events of September 11th 2001, and reported extensively for from Baghdad.
From London, she oversees the company's coverage of UK and European news.
In January 2005 she supplied you with extensive coverage of the Iraqi elections from Baghdad.
Not satisfied with appearing on the small screen, you can also see Catherine in a brief - but award-worthy - appearance in "Notes on a Scandal" starring Judi Dench and Cate Blanchett. |

Paul Burge
Paul Burge is another one of three correspondents based in the London bureau.
He reports on events across the UK and Europe for TV and radio and also produces and reads news bulletins on a daily basis.
Previously, Paul worked for ITV's Central News as a production journalist, and as a reporter for BBC Radio.
In 2004 Paul completed a year-long internship with National Public Radio in Florida, USA. Paul has a degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of Portsmouth and a Masters in Broadcast Journalism from City University's School of Journalism in London. |

Olly Barrat
Olly Barratt is the Head of Audio News, overseeing the the radio news output on a daily basis. He's a hands-on radio editor, compiling and producing the our world news feeds, daily news packages and our anchored news updates.
Olly joined us from London's "Capital Radio" where he was part of the team awarded the 2006 Sony Radio Academy Gold Award for Breaking News for the station's coverage of the London Bombings. |
